The CLAIM procedure sends all the information collected during the repair activities to the Manufacturers.
All data sent by CLAIM are contained in three different files:
- the first file contains all Customer and administrative information concerning repairs;
- the second file contains all the technical information on the daily repairs for the central QUALITY INFO system;
- the third file contains information relating to ordering of spare parts.
The Repair Centre can receive from the Manufacturer the following information:
- technical information on products and repairs;
- price lists updating;
- information concerning the delivery of parts ordered;
- informative messages.
