THIRD MAJOR PROCESS:
SPARE PARTS ORDERING PROCEDURE

CLAIM processes the orders and provides information of spare parts required.
The CLAIM procedure includes the predetermined minimum stock level. CLAIM also allows parts to be ordered manually, so as to provisionally integrate or update the quantity of parts in stock.
Once the orders have been produced, the information is ready to be transmitted to the Supplier. Records will be updated on receipt of goods.
The orders rejected by the Supplier can be corrected and transmitted once more by the Repair Centre.

  • THE COLLECTION AND PERIODIC INFORMATION OF OUTSTANDING ORDERS
  • AUTOMATIC UPDATING OF HISTORICAL, STATISTICAL AND ACCOUNTING STOCK DATA
  • RELEASING JOB SHEETS AND SALES SUSPENDED DURING "AWAITING SPARES" TIME
  • AUTOMATIC UPDATING OF SPARE PARTS PRICES
